All new eBranch users must follow the steps below to register online. If you have a specific eBranch question after you have registered, you may log into eBranch to view the online banking demo video and help documents. You may also email us via the Communications Center.
First-Time Login ProcessClick the register button below and enter the personal information to verify your identity. Follow the prompts to continue with your registration.
The final step of the registration process is the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which is required by law. You will create your own challenge questions and answers. If you attempt to access your online account from an unrecognized computer, you will be asked one of the challenge questions you created to confirm your identity.
Once you have finished the registration and Multi-Factor Authentication process, you will have full access to eBranch. Mobile Banking will automatically be available after you download the free app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
