The 6 month certificate requires a minimum balance of $500 to open and is not eligible for IRA Terms. All other certificates require a minimum balance of $1,000 to open.

Money Market

Money Market accounts require a $10,000 minimum balance to open and earn dividends. Dividends are calculated daily, compounded and paid monthly on balances of $10,000 or more.

Savings

*APL FCU uses a tiered savings rate, with a higher annual percentage yield on balances up to $2,500. Regular Savings requires a $50 minimum balance to open and earn dividends. All other savings accounts require a $5 minimum balance to open and a $50 minimum balance to earn dividends.

Our tiered Savings Accounts pay different stated dividend rates to each tier as shown above. Members with more than $2,500 in a Savings Account will earn a blended APY, which is calculated based on the average daily balance in each tier of the account.
